In this presentation, Ben will describe the opportunity Australian Payments Plus (AP+) sees in working with innovative web3 capabilities and companies, to drive open access to the domestic payments environment and enable new experiences. AP+ is a governing council member for Hedera under its domestic card network business name, eftpos and is opening its office space to encourage direct engagement and collaboration with innovative startup and scaleup businesses.

Ben has 30 years of delivering technology service and solutions across property management, FMCG and Financial Services, both in Australia and internationally. He has a passion for innovation and building platforms for the future which solve immediate problems. He is currently solving problems in the Australian payments ecosystem and sits on the Hedera Governing Council (because he knows the future is dependant on web3).
